The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sazon. The hotel itself was in a peaceful area, very close to the main plaza, and most attractions. The breakfast was incredible and exceptional, with lots of meals.

Well-located spot just a 10-minute stroll from a cool history museum. The restaurant here is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and unique, plus some even come with a private terrace and a fancy jacuzzi! 🌟

The spa offered a range of amazing massages, and we highly recommend taking a cooking class with the talented chef Ruben. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city by foot. belmond hotel was even better than our previous stay in san miguel de allende. exceptional staff, lovely pool area, and central location near pedestrian streets. the walk and shop guidebook was a great suggestion. the spa was excellent and reasonable. the concierge service was extraordinary. breakfast included lots of choices. such a festive atmosphere at christmas.

Great experience at this beautiful hotel during our city trip. We enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and shuttle service that picked us up from the airport. The location is perfect, very central and close to all the action in town. We loved the comfortable and quiet rooms and the charming decor. The option to have a fireplace or a private terrace with a pool was a plus.

I had an extraordinary stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The hotel facilities, especially the beautiful gardens and private plunge pool, were beyond my expectations. The location near El Chorro park and just a short walk to the square where all the action is, was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the bustling square and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The attentive staff, including Antonio, Ricardo, Gustavo, Ana. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a copper soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charming courtyard setting.

There was a minor issue with the initial room assignment, as the beds were two singles instead of the requested queen beds. This was a slight inconvenience and impacted our overall comfort.
